Interior remodel of two existing bathrooms in a single-family residence. No structural, roof, exterior, or footprint changes. Bathroom 1: Remove and reframe non-load-bearing bathroom/closet partition walls (shift 1'-1") to enlarge bathroom from 32.62 SF to 37.62 SF; reduce bedroom door opening from 4'-0" to 3'-0" for a 2'-8" door. Relocate light, sconce, switch and GFCI receptacle; add wet-rated recessed light at shower. Relocate exhaust fan and supply air vent, ducted to exterior. New waterproofing, tile, tempered shower glass, vanity, drywall and paint. Bathroom 2: Remove existing sunken walk-in shower, fill and level floor, install new tub/shower combo with new valve and drain at existing location.
